Kelli N. Jones is a perpetual multi-hyphenate and Co- Founder/CEO of Be Nimble Ventures, a social enterprise dedicated to accelerating diversity and inclusion initiatives in tech. Be Nimble hosts two anchor events: The Pardi Gras Ball, a fundraiser for millennials where all the proceeds benefit black and brown entrepreneurs; and #DisruptIndy a tech diversity conference meant to unpack the diversity problem and create actionable solutions for tech employers. This year Be Nimble launched Black Hatch Fund, a venture studio to fund, accelerate and incubate founders of color. She's held posts as Director of People & Culture at Givelify, Business Development Director at Blavity, was Director of Sales and Marketing at HipHopDX.com, and PR and Communications Manager at Indiana Black Expo. She is a graduate of Tennessee State University and IU McKinney School Of Law.
