From Homeless to High-End Fashion with Kevia Nishe
As a child, Kevia Nishe dreamed of becoming a fashion model. However, in 2013, she and her family of seven faced homelessness for several months, but things began to turn around through a move to Indianapolis. 2017 marked the year of manifesting her dreams. Kevia Nishe is now a performing artist, Program Chair for Divas Honoring Divas, and highly sought after fashion model. She has done several hair and fashion shows, most in which modeling the fashionably glam chic designer line, Nikki Blaine Couture and Witty by Codi. She also released her first National single, "Miss Me (180)"ft guest Tamra Rose on ITunes, Amazon along with other major digital release outlets.
In this episode, Kevia unveils the humbling experiences that prepared her to live out her dreams. She also shares her journey from the catwalk to working behind the scenes of the inaugural Indiana Fashion Week. Kevia’s story is evidence of God’s grace and the unconventional ways life reveals our destiny.
